Washington, D.C. antitrust and competition partner Tara Reinhart spoke at the Global Competition Review Live Sixth Annual Antitrust Law Leaders Forum, held February 3-4 in Miami. Ms. Reinhart participated in a panel discussion titled "2016 Merger Challenges Retrospective," which focused on recent changes to the field of play for challenging and defending against challenged mergers, whether U.S. agencies have become better merger litigators as a result of recent experience and what the impact of their litigation success may be, and how the use and role of economic evidence evolved in merger challenges in the past 10 years.
