Concluding our 2016-17 Corporate Governance Series, and in conjunction with the publication of the third edition of our Executive Compensation and Benefits Group's Compensation Committee Handbook, Skadden held a February 28 webinar titled "Key Trends in Executive Compensation, Employment Law and Compensation Committee Practices." The webinar focused on significant trends and considerations that companies should be aware of in connection with their employment and compensation responsibilities.
