65th Annual ABA Section of Antitrust Law Spring Meeting

Antitrust and competition partners Karen Hoffman Lent and Tara Reinhart, European Union/international competition partner Ingrid Vandenborre, and antitrust and competition counsel Tiffany Rider spoke at the 65th Annual Spring Meeting of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law, which took place March 29-31 in Washington, D.C. Ms. Lent spoke on a panel titled “Samples and Averages: When Are They Classy?” Ms. Reinhart spoke on a panel titled “Representing Non-Party Witnesses in Merger Investigations and Litigation.” Ms. Vandenborre joined a panel titled “Europe’s ‘Actavis’ Moment: Ludenbeck v. Commission.” And Ms. Rider participated in the “Joint Defense Group Ethics Debate.”
