Paris corporate partner Pascal Bine and counsel François Barriere spoke at a symposium on "French Contract Law Reform and Its Impact on Business" in Lyon, France, on March 24. Mr. Barriere organized and chaired the event, at which 17 law professors and practitioners participated in the panel discussion. Mr. Bine presented on the impact of French contract law reform on acquisition agreements. Mr. Barriere made introductory and closing remarks.
