Palo Alto corporate partners Kenton King and Thomas Ivey will speak at a March 16 conference titled "In Search of Value: Shareholders, Activists and the Board," organized by Equilar and Nasdaq and hosted in Skadden's Palo Alto office. The half-day program will focus on how activists identify their targets and build support, responding to an activist, how to develop a strong shareholder plan and the activists' role on a board.
