New York international litigation and arbitration counsel Jennifer Permesly was a trainer at the New York International Arbitration Center's presentation of a "Toolkit for Arbitral Award Writing Training" on April 18. The toolkit was designed by the International Bar Association's Arb40 Subcommittee to assist practitioners in the early stages of their career as arbitrator as they approach the drafting of their first arbitral awards or arbitrators who want a refresher in arbitral award writing.
