Skadden held its 21st annual Energy Projects Conference on May 9 in Washington, D.C., focusing on current opportunities in energy projects. Topics included energy project M&A, current trends in debt financing, infrastructure financing and investment, Latin America, offshore wind projects, tax equity, and energy markets. Skadden speakers included partners David Armstrong, Lance Brasher, Julia Czarniak, Paul Kraske, Tatiana Monastyrskaya, Eric Sensenbrenner, Ethan Schultz and Sean Shimamoto; of counsel Paul Oosterhuis; and counsel Jorge Kamine, Josh Nickerson and Paul Schockett. Guest speakers included the CEOs, CFOs, vice presidents, managing directors and directors of various energy and financial services companies. The conference was preceded by a reception and dinner on May 8.
