Wall Street Tax Association Spring Tax Seminar

Washington, D.C. tax controversy and litigation partner Royce Tidwell spoke at the Wall Street Tax Association’s Spring Tax Seminar in Washington, D.C. May 11-12. Mr. Tidwell spoke on a panel titled “Global/International Tax: Transfer Pricing and APA Process and Summary of Recent Transfer Pricing Litigation,” which focused on current events in transfer pricing, including advance pricing agreements and controversy.
