French counsel Francois Barriere spoke at the Society of European Contract Law conference "European Contract Law in the Banking and Financial Union" in Milan on June 16. Mr. Barriere presented on "Deposit and Schemes of Guarantee," with an emphasis on the contractual relationship between banks and their clients.
