New York international litigation and arbitration partner Lea Haber Kuck was co-chair of a three-day commercial arbitration training for arbitrators and counsel titled "Comprehensive Training for the Conducting of Commercial Arbitrations Pursuant to Contemporary Best Practices," that was presented June 19-21 by the New York State Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Ms. Kuck was among those presenting on the key substantive areas for conducting effective arbitrations.
