The Second Circuit and the Development of Intellectual Property Law: The First 125 Years

On September 18, New York intellectual property of counsel Ken Plevan moderated a panel discussion titled "The Second Circuit and the Development of Intellectual Property Law: The First 125 Years." The event took place at the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse in New York and was presented by the Federal Bar Council, Fordham Law Review and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Hon. Pierre N. Leval and Hon. Robert D. Sack, both of the Second Circuit, participated as panelists.
