Employee Compensation and Equity Awards in the United States

Palo Alto executive compensation and benefits partner Joseph Yaffe spoke at an October 30 seminar on “Employee Compensation and Equity Awards in the United States,” presented by Skadden and Herzog Fox & Neeman, in Tel Aviv. The seminar addressed the compensation issues that arise for Israeli companies with employees in the United States. Mr. Yaffe spoke on “Compensating U.S. Employees — Tricks, Traps and Employee Expectations” and “Equity Awards in the United States — Doing It Right.”
