New York litigation partner Lauren Aguiar spoke on a panel titled “Proportional Privilege Practicum: Next Gen Privilege Logging” at Georgetown Law’s 14th Annual Advanced eDiscovery Institute. The panel focused on how the bench and bar are factoring the burdens of privilege review into proportionality assessments, defensible alternatives to traditional privilege review and logging and the technologies that support them, and techniques to reduce the likelihood of privilege waiver.
