Recent Developments in Securities Litigation — 2017 Year in Review

On January 24, New York litigation partner Alexander Drylewski, counsel William O’Brien and associate Jessica Barcus spoke at the Business Law Section Committee Meeting at the 2018 New York State Bar Association Annual Meeting. Their panel discussion, titled “Recent Developments in Securities Litigation — 2017 Year in Review,” focused on several of the most significant securities litigation decisions from 2017, including the impact these decisions might have on practitioners and courts in 2018 and beyond.
