‘No-Poaching’ Allowed? Navigation of Antitrust and Employment Guidelines

On March 6, Skadden held a webinar titled “‘No-Poaching’ Allowed? Navigation of Antitrust and Employment Guidelines,” which reviewed recent comments by Makan Delrahim, the new assistant attorney general for the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, on “no-poaching” and other noncompete agreements. Panelists Karen Corman, Karen Hoffman Lent and Tara Reinhart compared enforcement agencies’ policies under current and recent administrations and discussed criminal aspects related to no-poaching, potential effects on interactions with deal partners, employment issues outside of antitrust risks, and managing and navigating current antitrust and employment guidelines.
