Blockchain 2.0: 2018 Legal and Regulatory Developments

Intellectual property and technology co-head Stuart Levi spoke at “Blockchain 2.0: 2018 Legal and Regulatory Developments,” a PLI program which was scheduled for September 6 in New York. Mr. Levi participated in a panel discussion titled “Recent Developments in Blockchain Regulation and Taxation Issues,” which focused on the regulatory landscape related to tokens and initial coin offerings; regulations and enforcement actions related to exchanges, advisers, broker dealers and investments; and legislation and state enforcement actions relating to blockchain technology.
