Equal Pay Audits: Current State of the Law

On September 20, Skadden held “Equal Pay Audits: Current State of the Law,” the first of several webinars focused on pay equity between women and men. The program examined the current U.S. legal landscape, including the federal and state laws that attempt to address gender pay gap, directly or indirectly. Panelists included labor and employment partner Karen Corman and counsel Risa Salins, West Coast executive compensation and benefits head Joseph Yaffe, and Robin Quittell, managing director, chief human resources officer and counsel at Fortress Investment Group, LLC. Global executive compensation and benefits head Regina Olshan and partner Erica Schohn and global labor and employment head David Schwartz organized the webinars.
