On October 4, Skadden presented “Equal Pay: Voluntary Disclosure, Activism and Litigation,” the second of several webinars focused on pay equality. Panelists discussed the pros and cons of voluntary disclosure — including its impact on employee and shareholder litigation — and the effects of shareholder activism. Skadden speakers included M&A partner Marc Gerber, global executive compensation and benefits head Regina Olshan and global labor and employment head David Schwartz. Blair Jones of Semler Brossy Consulting Group, LLC and Stephen Pennacchio of Pfizer also spoke.
