Washington, D.C. consumer financial services co-leader Anand Raman spoke at the 22nd CRA and Fair Lending Colloquium, held November 4-7. Mr. Raman participated in a panel discussion titled “CRA, Fair Lending and HMDA Hot Topics Du Jour,” which focused on the latest regulatory and congressional actions that may impact institutions, modernization of the Community Reinvestment Act, new fair lending analytics around expanded Home Mortgage Disclosure Act data, bank supervision and oversight, and small-business requests for information from the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection.
