Washington, D.C. antitrust/competition partner Tara Reinhart spoke at the George Mason Law Review’s 22nd Annual Antitrust Symposium — “Antitrust at the Crossroads” — held February 15 in Arlington, Virginia. Ms. Reinhart participated in a panel discussion titled “Antitrust Litigation a Decade After TwIqbal,” which analyzed how antitrust litigation has evolved procedurally post-TwIqbal. The panel focused on the challenge of sufficiently pleading a case, as well as the implications of Apple v. Pepper for indirect purchaser claims.
