Ms. Reinhart spoke on a panel titled “Up the Creek Without a Presumption?” Ms. Vandenborre joined a panel titled “Abuse of Superior Bargaining Position: Avoiding Trouble.” Mr. Wales spoke on a panel titled “Unexpected Outcomes: When Merger Review Breaks Bad.” Ms. Belin participated in the “Fundamentals — Antitrust” panel.
