Julie Bédard, the head of Skadden’s International Litigation and Arbitration Group for the Americas spoke at the eighth annual “GAR Live New York,” which was presented by Global Arbitration Review on October 2. Ms. Bédard moderated a panel discussion titled “New York as a Seat for International Arbitration,” which took stock, from a local and international perspective, of New York’s status as a seat of international arbitration.
