On June 25, New York international litigation and arbitration partner Jennifer Permesly moderated on online panel discussion for the American Society of International Law Annual Meeting titled “Protecting Human Rights Through International Adjudication.” The panel addressed the promise of international courts and tribunals in adjudication of human rights issues and suitability of international arbitration for resolving human rights disputes that arise in connection with transnational business.
