On July 1, New York international litigation and arbitration partner Jennifer Permesly participated in a podcast titled “Dispelling Myths: International Arbitration in the U.S. and New York.” Jennifer and her fellow panelists examined the availability/effectiveness of interim relief both in aid of arbitration and to disrupt arbitration; compelling arbitration against non-signatories; and post arbitration enforcement, procedural issues and the application of manifest disregard in annulment proceedings.
