United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement: Six Months Later

On January 14, Skadden presented a webinar titled “United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement: Six Months Later.” International litigation and arbitration Americas head Julie Bédard served as moderator. The panelists were international litigation and arbitration partners David Herlihy, Timothy Nelson and Jennifer Permesly, as well as CFIUS partner Jeffrey Gerrish and counsel Brooks Allen, who both helped draft and negotiate the agreement in their previous roles at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. The discussion focused on the agreement’s impact on cross-border investments and business.
