Forum on Securities Litigation

On March 8, Scott Musoff and Susan Saltzstein, co-deputies of Skadden’s nationwide Securities Litigation Group, participated in Cambridge Forums’ “Forum on Securities Litigation.” As part of the event, Mr. Musoff spoke on a panel titled “Defending Underwriters in Securities Litigation” and Ms. Saltzstein presented during a session on “Sizing Up Damages and Estimating Exposure.”
