20th Annual Institute on Securities Regulation in Europe: Practical Implications of US Law on EU Practice

London M&A co-head Lorenzo Corte and U.S. securities litigation co-deputy head Susan Saltzstein participated in PLI’s 20th annual “Institute on Securities Regulation in Europe: Practical Implications of U.S. Law on EU Practice,” a PLI webinar held on April 21-23. Both partners spoke as part of a panel titled “De-SPACing or Not De-SPACing, This Is the Question,” during which Mr. Corte served as panel leader. The panel reviewed what de-SPACing entails and how to prepare a company for a de-SPAC.
