Introducing the IBA Arbitration Committee's Toolkit on Insolvency and Arbitration

On April 8, New York international litigation and arbitration partner Jennifer Permesly participated in a webinar titled "Introducing the IBA Arbitration Committee's Toolkit on Insolvency and Arbitration." Ms. Permesly moderated a panel discussion on the toolkit — a project that she co-chaired — which aims to provide guidance in situations where a party to domestic or international arbitration is also subject to insolvency proceedings.
