Washington, D.C. tax of counsel William Alexander joined a panel discussion titled “Introduction to Consolidated Principles and Definition of Affiliated Group” at PLI’s webinar Practical Guide to the Consolidated Tax Return Regulations 2021 on July 12. The panel discussed basic consolidated return theory and principles, the eligibility necessary to file a consolidated return and general approaches to the tax treatment of a consolidated group, among other topics.
