New York partners Lauren Aguiar and Boris Bershteyn participated in Current Developments in Federal Civil Practice 2022, a PLI webcast on January 28. Ms. Aguiar chaired the program, in which trial lawyers and judges provided an overview of significant recent developments in the law and their impact on best practices throughout the life of a federal litigation. Mr. Bershteyn moderated a panel discussion titled “Federal Courts: Impact of the Pandemic.”
