On October 26, West Coast executive compensation and benefits head Joseph Yaffe spoke at Equilar and Nasdaq’s Compensation Committee Forum in San Francisco. Mr. Yaffe participated in a panel titled “The Evolving Responsibilities of Compensation Committees,” which discussed oversight of employee culture and relations in compensation committee charters, as well as the emerging impacts on the experience of committee members and committee composition and selection. In collaboration with Equilar, Mr. Yaffe also helped organize a pre-event chief human resources officer and board member dinner on October 25 in connection with the program.
