Energy Tax Roundtable: Tax Controversy and Transfer Pricing Issues and Developments

On July 12, Skadden co-hosted the program “Energy Tax Roundtable: Tax Controversy and Transfer Pricing Issues and Developments” with Ernst & Young (EY) at EY’s Houston office. Skadden speakers included Washington, D.C. tax partners David Farhat and Nathan Wacker and counsel Nathaniel Dorfman, and Houston tax counsel Juliana Hunter and associate Jeff Romero. Five EY employees also joined the discussion. Topics included recent IRS initiatives and funding, best practices for preparing for future audits while executing transactions and state-level transfer pricing issues, among others.
