On March 6, Washington, D.C. white collar defense and investigations partner Andrew Lawrence and counsel Mayra Suarez participated in the virtual program “Ethics for Financial Industry Lawyers 2024,” hosted by Practising Law Institute. Mr. Lawrence served as the session’s chairperson. Mr. Lawrence and Ms. Suarez spoke about ethical considerations from both enforcement and transactional perspectives.
