On May 15, Skadden hosted its Data Center Summit in the firm’s New York office, which focused on data center financing trends and opportunities, including those involving associated power generation. Skadden speakers included European banking head Pete Coulton, energy regulatory head James Danly, energy and infrastructure projects head Aryan Moniri and energy regulatory associate Kyrstin Wallach. External speakers included representatives from Blue Owl Capital, Cloud Capital, ERCOT, FERC Office of Electric Reliability, Goldman Sachs, MISO, MUFG, NRG Energy and SMBC. The summit was followed by a cocktail reception and networking event.
