Ethical Issues Arising in Commercial Arbitration and Mediation

On June 3, Skadden hosted the webinar “Ethical Issues Arising in Commercial Arbitration and Mediation.” Speakers included Los Angeles head Jason Russell, litigation partner Virginia Milstead, New York international litigation and arbitration partner Timothy Nelson and counsel Betsy Hellmann. The panelists reviewed the ethical frameworks counsel should know when representing clients in commercial arbitrations and mediations, the additional rules of conduct that arbitral tribunals and courts impose on counsel and arbitrators, and recent ethical issues arising in commercial and international arbitration.
