On June 4, European tax head James Anderson, London tax controversy head Patrick O’Gara and Washington, D.C. tax partner David Farhat spoke at the International Tax Law and Policy Research Network’s fourth international tax event in London, discussing recent trends in managing international corporate tax controversies. The event covered the current and future trends in international corporate tax controversies, and explored practical experiences when various cross-border dispute prevention and resolution tools are invoked to resolve disputes.
