On October 27, Mr. Giesselman participated in the breakout session “Cross-Border M&A and Financing Update,” which focused on the impact of new regulations on dealmaking, recent developments in inbound transactions and other topics. On October 28, Ms. Askey spoke on the panel “IRS Appeals: The ADR Pilot Program and New Regulations in 2025,” which provided an in-depth look at the IRS’ new alternative dispute resolution program and the effects of recent regulatory changes.
