On November 13, New York litigation partner Boris Bershteyn appeared as a speaker during the session “Plenary 2: Suter on Souter: A Justice Remembered” as part of the National Judicial College’s Appellate Judges Education Institute 2025 Summit. Mr. Bershteyn and former Supreme Court Clerk of Courts William Suter reflected on the work and legacy of former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court David Souter, for whom Mr. Bershteyn served as a law clerk earlier in his career.
