On January 22-23, international litigation and arbitration practice leader for the Americas Julie Bédard served as co-chair of the 14th ITA-IEL-ICC Joint Conference on International Energy Arbitration in Houston. During the two-day program, partner Jennifer Permesly served as moderator for “2025 Year in Review: The Top 10 (or Close to 10) Developments in International Energy Arbitration,” a panel which focused on investor-state and commercial disputes in the energy sector and highlighted the biggest developments of 2025.
