On January 16, China practice co-heads Haiping Li and Paloma Wang participated in the South China Financial Executives Association’s annual Shenzhen Summit. Ms. Li delivered the presentation “Considerations and Path Selection for Overseas Financing and Mergers and Acquisitions.” Ms. Wang participated in the panel discussion “IPO Market Overview and Investment and Financing Strategies.” More than 60 private and public company CFOs attended the summit.
