Patent Law Institute 2026: Critical Issues & Best Practices

On April 9-10, intellectual property litigation partners Leslie Demers (New York) and Bijal Vakil (Palo Alto) participated in PLI’s Patent Law Institute 2026: Critical Issues & Best Practices conference. Ms. Demers co-chaired the event and delivered opening remarks. She also presented during two sessions: “Recent Court Decisions That Are Shaping Up Patent Law” and “Valuing Patents in Litigation and Beyond.” Mr. Vakil moderated the panel “A Conversation with the Bench,” which explored best practices for litigating patent cases.
