41st Annual Insurance Tax Seminar

On May 28, global head of regulatory practices Jessica Hough spoke on the panel “Trending Tax Considerations in the M&A Marketplace” at the Federal Bar Association’s 41st annual Insurance Tax Seminar in Washington, D.C. The panel covered various developments in the M&A space, including the roles of both representations and warranties insurance and tax insurance in M&A deals; public M&A transactions that highlighted key tax issues, structures and differences from private deals; and developments in the sidecar arena.
