On June 4, Skadden’s Palo Alto office hosted the seminar “Fortify: Privacy and AI Leadership Forum,” which explored the current data privacy and AI landscape in California and globally. The program featured conversations on the key factors impacting data privacy and AI use, including patchwork regulations, the role of legal in product counseling and AI deployment, risk management, governance program engagement, recent litigation developments and board-level implications. Skadden speakers included cybersecurity and data privacy co-heads William Ridgway and David Simon and New York cybersecurity and data privacy counsel Lisa Zivkovic.
