On June 19, Skadden co-hosted the seminar “Navigating Energy & Infrastructure Trends: Investment Opportunities, Legal Risks, Stakeholder Communication and Cross-Border Execution” in partnership with Kekst CNC Tokyo and the Japan Institute for Overseas Investment. The event brought together professionals from Japan-based energy and infrastructure companies and legal and investment organizations to discuss how rising energy demand, increased joint venture activity and geopolitical fragmentation are reshaping cross-border investment.
