Navigating Overseas Regulatory Challenges for Chinese Companies

On September 22, Asia Pacific counsel Siyu Zhang participated in the “Navigating Overseas Regulatory Challenges for Chinese Companies: From Risk Identification and Internal Investigations to Cross-Border Evidence Governance” seminar, hosted at AlixPartners’ office in Shanghai. Ms. Zhang delivered a presentation on how to respond to U.S. regulatory inquiries and conduct cross-border investigations in China. She also joined a panel discussion on how China-based companies conducting business overseas can effectively build their compliance programs and cross-border investigation capacities.
