Privacy & Cybersecurity Update: Flaming Worms, Stuxnets and Other Cyber Threats — The European Union’s Response

The European Commission recently published a proposed directive on network and information security to address both global cybersecurity risks and the disparity of preparedness among the EU's member states in fighting these threats. If adopted, the directive will trigger significant changes in the way European companies and those doing business on the continent use information technology.
