Further Ticket Sale and Resale Reforms

In July, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed into law reforms that appear to be in direct response to concerns expressed by the New York attorney general regarding the sale of tickets to places of entertainment. The reforms do not appear to be as sweeping as the AG had sought, nor do they address any of the anti-resale restrictions that make New York one of the most ticket-broker friendly states in the United States.
