The Protect College Sports Act is the latest attempt by Congress to regulate the college sports landscape amidst a patchwork of state laws and pleas by college sports organizations for a unified regime. Partners Karen Lent and Kenneth Schwartz discuss how the Act reconciles previous approaches under a framework with bipartisan support.
