Drawing on her background as a restructuring attorney, Ms. Begun also handles distressed debt facilities, bridge financings and DIP financings.

• a private investment firm as agent and lender in a multimillion-dollar senior secured facility to a sponsor-backed flexible packaging company
• a hedge fund as lender in a senior secured facility to a sponsor-backed health and wellness enterprise
• a private investment firm as agent and lender in multiple unitranche transactions that provided first-out and last-out facilities
• a hedge fund as agent and lender in a multimillion-dollar financing to a sponsor-backed company producing medical equipment
• a hedge fund as agent and lender in debtor-in-possession financing and first-lien and second-lien exit financing to a distributor of transmission and drivetrain products to the automotive aftermarket
