Mr. Finley advises public and private companies, financial institutions and private capital funds on a broad range of financing matters, including investment-grade and non-investment-grade credit facilities, private credit transactions, asset-based loans, bespoke capital structures, debt restructurings and workouts. Mr. Finley, previously head of the global Banking and Finance Group at another leading law firm, is a nationally recognized finance lawyer with extensive digital infrastructure sector experience.
